Solas Cycling is Scotland’s first junior women’s cycling team. Inspired by the World Cycling Championships in Glasgow 2023, we offer an inspiring environment where young women in Scotland have an equal opportunity to progress and prosper.

Our Key Goals as a team and as a community are as follows:
To provide opportunities for dedicated young women to progress within the sport on an equal basis and with a professional level of support and resource.
To create a supportive environment in which young women can develop confidence and resilience and a conviction in diversity, equality and inclusion.
To inspire all women to participate in cycling, regardless of age, background and ability encouraging healthy lifestyles and positive attitude to fitness and wellbeing.
Cycling is a team sport and the Solas cycling team extends to our wide range of partners who share our passion for cycling and a commitment to equality in sport.

The Wilderness Group is home to the adventure travel companies Wilderness Scotland, Wilderness England and Wilderness Ireland. Fuelled by human power and a passion for adventure, The Wilderness Group offers a wide range of holiday experiences including road cycling and MTB trips in the wild places of the UK & Ireland. New to the JRC team in 2023, The Wilderness Group brings experience of training camp/race day logistics plus digital marketing and social media.
